We worked with our client to develop an interactive and engaging two-day workshop. In addition to external experts who shared amazing patient stories, an expert shared the importance of attitude and storytelling in bringing benefits to life. Competitive workshops involved challenges, courtroom scenes and artistic renditions of competitors’ strengths and weaknesses. A fun 'schoolyard challenge' was used to ensure everyone was equipped to deal with objections.
